Greetings! I'm Jennifer Washington, a Licensed Massage Therapist (License No. MA63819) and the proud proprietor of Restore & Balance.
With over a decade of experience in the field since becoming licensed in 2011, my passion lies in assisting a diverse range of clients, including those on post-surgery recovery journeys, individuals managing acute or chronic pain, and those battling the strains of chronic stress.
My training encompasses a rich array of modalities, including Therapeutic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Reset Therapy, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, and Medicupping Therapy. I saw Jennifer for three massage sessions almost two years ago. I was having chronic hip pain for close to 10 years and had tried physical therapy twice, chiropractic treatments, and various energetic modalities (Touch for Health, etc.) all from very capable, even gifted practitioners. My MRI showed significant lower back structural issues (spondylolisthesis, severe extra-foraminal narrowing, etc.). After my treatments with Jennifer I have had no further pain and can now walk as far as I want without difficulty. I returned for a few more visits this summer. BTW I am 73 years old.

Jennifer is amazing!! Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had anywhere in the country. And she does a microcurrent for scar tissue softening as well as other treatments for stubborn tight muscles.

Jennifer is absolutely one of the best therapists I have ever had

Jennifer is incredibly resourceful, knowledgable and uses all kinds of additional tools to assist in her massage practice. No matter what challenge I bring to Jennifer, she always has an amazingly creative way to help my healing process. After every massage I feel renewed. I look forward to my weekly massages with her. Jennifer helped me stand straighter, balance out my legs and feet so that they no longer fall inward and opened up my chest area so that I can breathe more deeply. I highly recommend Jennifer. I only have praises for her wonderful work.
